Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You may try the product during this period. However, to be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in good condition, clean, complete, undamaged, and with all original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, and any items included with your order.

Products that are damaged, excessively used, altered, dirty, incomplete, or missing original parts, accessories, or packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@ki-rise.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team after your return request has been approved.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@ki-rise.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the problem, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, final sale items, and items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

We also do not accept returns for products that are returned incomplete, missing original parts or accessories, damaged, dirty, altered, excessively used, or not in a condition suitable for inspection.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved.

Refunds are subject to inspection of the returned item.

If the return is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
