Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered by Ki-Rise (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-demand periods, product launches, holidays, inventory delays, or unexpected operational issues, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Please make sure your contact information and shipping address are accurate before completing your order.

2. Shipping Locations

At this time, Ki-Rise ships only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders placed with unsupported shipping addresses may be cancelled and refunded.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping option:

Standard Shipping: estimated delivery within 3–10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high shipping volume, incorrect address information, inventory availability, fulfillment delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Delays

If we are unable to ship your order within the estimated processing time, we will contact you by email with an update.

If there is a significant delay before your order has shipped, you may have the option to continue waiting or request a cancellation and refund before the order ships.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our direct control.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free standard shipping within the United States. Free shipping availability may vary depending on promotions, order value, product type, location, or checkout conditions.

If free shipping is available, it will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

We reserve the right to update shipping rates, free shipping offers, and shipping conditions at any time.

6. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If an item is on pre-order, backorder, or temporarily unavailable, the estimated shipping timeframe will be shown on the product page or communicated to you by email.

Orders containing pre-order or backorder items may take longer to process and ship.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the items may ship separately or together, depending on availability and fulfillment conditions.

7. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number or shipping confirmation email.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives and scans the package.

If you have not received tracking information within 10 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@ki-rise.com with your order number.

9. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, refused, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or inability to deliver, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Once an order is in transit, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@ki-rise.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.

10. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at support@ki-rise.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will help review the issue and, when necessary, contact the shipping carrier for more information.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will review the case and inform you of the next steps.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our control.

11. Packages Marked as Delivered

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

  • Around your delivery location.
  • With neighbors or household members.
  • Your mailbox, front desk, building reception, or parcel locker.
  • The shipping carrier’s delivery details.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Ki-Rise is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after delivery.

However, if you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@ki-rise.com with your order number, and we will help review the situation where possible.

12. Damaged Packages or Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@ki-rise.com and include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged package.
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will review the case and help determine the appropriate solution.

Damage claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery. Claims submitted too late may not be eligible for review.

13. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing an item, please contact us at support@ki-rise.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A photo of the items received.
  • A photo of the package and shipping label.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

We will review the case and help resolve the issue where applicable.

14. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to delivery failure, incorrect address, or customer refusal, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees, return fees, or reshipping costs.

Refunds for refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to inspection and may exclude shipping costs where applicable.

15. Order Cancellations and Changes

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

A cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.

If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled through our Return Policy.

16. Returns

Shipping-related return questions are handled according to our Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

17. International Shipping and Customs

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Because we do not currently offer international shipping, customs duties, import taxes, or international delivery fees do not apply.

18. Force Majeure

Ki-Rise is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor strikes, customs delays, transportation issues, system outages, public emergencies, or other unexpected events.

19. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.

Any changes will take effect when the updated policy is posted on our website.
